Please read the rules below to ensure a pleasant and smooth experience for all parties.

• Emergency situations: In an emergency, immediately call 112 (general emergency number).

General rules

• Respect and courtesy: Please behave kindly and politely in and around the apartment. Neighbours must always be respected, excessive noise avoided and their privacy respected.
• Nightly quiet time is 22:00-7:00.
• Careful use of the apartment: Please keep the apartment tidy and clean. To avoid damage, use all equipment and furniture for their intended purpose.
• Please turn off the light when leaving the apartment!!!

 House rules

• Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment. Please use the designated area outside for smoking. Fine for smoking indoors 300 euros.
• Pets: Pets are allowed in the apartment only by prior arrangement.
• Garbage sorting: Please sort the garbage according to the garbage containers (waste, recyclable material, empty bottles, etc.).

 Safety and security

• Door code: The door code is personal for each visitor and is valid for both the front and apartment doors throughout the entire visit period.
• There is video surveillance in the common areas.
  Fire safety: Please familiarize yourself with the locations of the fire safety devices in the apartment and follow the evacuation instructions in case of fire.

Terms of liability and compensation

• Damages: Guests are responsible for damage to the apartment and its furnishings. Please report any damage or malfunctions immediately to our administrator Paavo Korkka +372 5123 345.
• Additional charges: Additional charges related to the use of the apartment (e.g. extra beds or late departure) are mutually agreed upon and added to the final bill.

Additional services

• WiFi: The apartment has free Wi-Fi and the password is Betooni 1.
• Visitors: Guests can be received in the apartment, but their stay is only allowed with prior agreement.
• We store forgotten things for three weeks.

Arrival and departure

• Arrival: You can enter the apartment starting from 15:00 (except by special arrangement).
• Departure: Please vacate the apartment no later than 12:00 on the day of departure. Please leave the apartment in the same condition as it was when You arrived.
